Here you will find some of the flat fees our law office charges for different types of cases. Please be advised that the fees listed below represent the typical rate we charge for the various visas, but may need to be reevaluated if your case presents unusual circumstances.

Partial case assistance is available for lower rates.

Clients with an income lower than $30.000 will have the fees reduced by up to 20%.

What is included:

  • complete case preparation by an attorney;
  • unlimited attorney consultations on matters related to the case;
  • mailing expenses within the US (excluding overnight courier delivery);
  • copying/faxing;
  • assistance in procuring lost or missing documents

What’s NOT included:

  • consultations beyond the scope of representation agreement unless there is a special provision to the contrary;
  • international calls
  • international mailing expenses;
  • government filing fees;
  • costs associated with procuring documents on clients’ behalf

For Business and Investor related visa clients: Clients will be advised as to what documents are required to further proceed with their case.

Somehow if some new documents need to be produced for the case and clients need assistance with their preparation (most common - company profile; company organizational chart; description of company’s products and/or business activities; sales projection; future projects description; US International Trade Commission data collection; employee duties; employee daily schedule, etc.), additional charges will be applied toward the quoted fee based on $175.00/hour rate.
