If your case requires further attention due to complications related to prior immigration violations, criminal convictions or other factors that can affect the outcome of your case, you will be advised of any potential increase in fees.

The quoted fees do not usually include responses to requests for evidence, preparing waivers, motions, or filing appeals on the client’s behalf unless waived.
